Configuring Integrated Eftpos
Install the PC-Eftpos drivers
See Installing_Eftpos_Drivers for details.
Enabling Integrated Eftpos
- In tecont, set the option "Use Eftpos" to Y.
In prnaad, create a printer with the "System name" = tcp:<workstation_ip>:6005
- In texaad, set the "Eftpos Port" to the printer that you just created
- If the modified terminal record is in use, get the client to "logout and log back in"
When you go to tender in sieat, there should now be an Eftpos button at the bottom of the screen. This will use the integrated eftpos feature.
Touch Screen Buttons
If the workstation is using the integrated eftpos feature and touch screen tender buttons, the button pallette may not have a button for integrated eftpos. In that case, you will need to create a button that has a return code of "tender43"
