Select the appropriate Address Books. 1. Enter the MASTER password 1. Go to File -> User Setup 1. Click on Add 1. Click on Yes 1. Fill the appropriate fields 1. Ensure that the User status is Enabled 1. Click on OK 1. The program should tell what the user's password is. 1. To create a password for the user, 1. Select the user in the list 1. Make sure that the combo box at the top says "Global List." If the system does not allow you select the Global List, you will need to re-run Steps 1-3. 1. Select the appropriate AddressBook (CreativeComputing). 1. Enter the new username and their password. 1. It will ask you about which view to use. Select the option that best suits the user's tastes.
