In the NTOTRADI company:

Clone an existing store using brctrl

1. Enter store details based on document filled up by customer (Julian)

run comaad and clone BLANK into the new BRANCH (change all BLANK ref to BRANCH zero all the stats and sequence numbers).

Copy the /u/ccr.13/NTOBLANK to /u/ccr.13/NTO<BRANCH>

delete the following directories:

• /u/ccr.13/BRANCH/BLANK
• /u/ccr.13/BRANCH/LOCAL
• /u/ccr.13/BRANCH/back
• /u/ccr.13/BRANCH/bak

Using contrl clone the NTOBLANK company and put in the correct details.

Delete all locations retaining only "BLANK" rename BLANK to the new <BRANCH>

copy stock.dat from standard reindex all (old_staad)

copy log.dat from standard

copy button.dat and button.idx from last installed franchise store (Ask Julian if he prefers it from somewhere else)

run comaad, change everything that says "BLANK" to <BRANCH> and zero the sequence numbers

run clrco on the new store.

run commpost -s

Go into the NTOTRADI company

run commpost -s

Do interlocation sicrep at NTOTRADI from GIPPSLND to <BRANCH>

Make sure to change "Use XChangeIT EDI" to y - stcont page 4 bottom prompt

Create Test Version of company cp -a NTO<BRANCH> NTO>B>TST

Change "Remote company" in comaad to be NTOTTST

Adjust /u/ccr.13/binl/procdd2 to unclude both Live and Test <BRANCH> companies

Adjust /u/ccr.13/binl/gensl2 to include both Live and Test <BRANCH> companies

go into texaad and adjust EVERY terminal to use "Y" on the 3 touch screen options. And make sure .controlrc is set to use "start".

When setting up PDE unit comport should be COM4

We then need to add nto<store>manager user to the system. Check:

• /etc/passwd
• /etc/shadow
• home directory
• /etc/smrsh
