= Configure Thin client Machine =
 1. Unpack keyboard / mouse etc and thin-client box
 1. Attached keyboard / mouse /cat 5 & video cable to thin client set
 1. As soon as thin-client boots, it shows setup screen
 1. WBT wizard setup will come up.
 1. Click next without changing anything
 1. Click next again without no change in display
 1. Select English or UK for your locale and next
 1. Network settings >> click network properties
 1. Check Default enable
 1. Click specify IP address / Subnet / Gateway
 1. Put subnet mask and gateway
 1. Click OK >>
 1. Click Next >>
 1. Click Finish >>
 1. Click OK to terminal restart
 1. After restart, Click start >> Connect Manager >> Add new connection
  a. Select X11 Client
  a. Under XDMCP window. Connection Name: control, XDM Modem: Query, Server Name IP: 192.168.1.85
  a. Click Ok >> and Close to Finish
 1. Click Start >> Connection >> Control
 1. Login using username / password. If this works then control works.
 1. Create OK for create new terminal
 1. Cltr + Alt + Backspace – to back to thin client window

 1. Go back & test control again if there is still font problem

at the grub prompt type

    knoppix 2

after 2 minutes you will get a cyan root prompt.  type in this command:

    dd if=/cdrom/thinclientbackup.img of=/dev/hda

after that

    shutdown -h now
