set up magellan printer and scale.
1, need to configure the device to the desired baudrate and simbelogy for the barcode scaner.
setup and test , ean8, ean13, code 39, interleft 2of5, make sure turn off global label id, for the one have check digit need to read, and for the one have leading zero need to read.
2, after that run netserial on the host machine with the right baudrate and port
3, add scale printer tcp:hostname:port
4, teaad -> serial barcode prefix S08, use single cable mode, and scale_port to the scale printer
