we have a account in noip.com and the log in is

username:crecom

password: funcky control

and if customer some how changed ip and if we use dns for them, will have to update the dns here

We have installed a linux client provided by noip.com and added their service noip stop and service noip start in the /etc/ppp/connect-crecom script.  It's also set up to update every 30 minutes.

use noip2 -C to create a config file

one of their machine when trying to connect openvpn actually complain "createFile failed on tap device" so i followed the following link

https://forums.openvpn.net/viewtopic.php?t=34998 where i  cd C:\Programe Files\OpenVPN\bin tapctl.exe list fine the tap open vpn was using and delete it by tapctl.exe delete "vpn name in the list" #double quote incaese space in the name then create a new one for openvpn to use tapctl.exe create  then try to reconnect the openvpn , openvpn will pick the new tap to connect.
