compiling rel 13 onward no FC5 onward

we will need to change the X11R6 path in qmake.conf to point to /usr/lib/

we have take away the -fwritable-strings flags, so will need to find all the place which write to constant string and change it.

a list of currently identified file includes:

1,sieat --done

2,starep

3,stdrep

4,steat
