How to Reset a session on ABE

Customer : Screen is blank and i can not connect.

CC: What is your vnc name (should be at the top of the screen) eg. x2x_city

go to ABE

resetsess x2x_city   (or you could use 207, which is the vnc:207, run ccusers to get this)
