detail way to send bulk message

• 1,use drgrep to output the following field
• a.mobile(must have)
• b.first name(optional)
• c.surname(optional)
• d.email(optional)

mark these field with Y, in drgrep dont mark the filter with Y , but can still use them as filter. export the report to file , delimited.

2,must open the file with , excel , or ooffice, then save it in to another file. because we put = sign in front of the strings, this opening and saving is just to take away the = sign, we dont event need to change any header.

3,log in to www.smsglobal.com

• go to Phonebook tab

4, add a new group, dont use the default group , since we are not allowed to use the default group to send

• group message

5,press the import to group button in the group , which you want to use for the bulk sms.

• browse from local computer for the csv file. then press Import Contacts button.

6,then a column heading matching screen will appear, match the headings with the one used in our csv.

• then press import. it will then ask you to confirm the imports. press the Import Contacts buttons.

7,a message will tell you how many contacts has been imported.

• press the Phonebook tab, the newly added contact should appear, under the group you choosed. please verify that.

8,go to Send SMS to Group.

• pick the group you want to send to from the contacts box and click >> to add the group edit the message body , note that , the first name and last name button will add the first name and last name you imported from the csv to the message. you can specify the Schedule . if left blank will send immediately.
