= Troubleshooting a live connection = = The connection is down = * Check the ADSL or LINK lights are on on the modem. * Check your network is working. Check that the lights on the network switch (hub) match up to the numbers of the cables on the back symptoms: * Program won't work * Can't print * Can't open cashdrawer * Can't check email = VPN is down = * restart the computer (exit programs, Ctrl + Alt + F1 then Ctrl + Alt + Delete) = Cashdrawer will not open = (Serial or Parallel cashdrawer) * Restart the cashdrawer by disconnecting the power plug and then plugging it back in.
