CREATE A FRANCHISE LOCATIONS

 * Make sure the customer has FOFO set as the customer group
 * Make sure the customer is set as an associate
 * Go to ZSERIAL and create a special discount of 100% for category SERPHONE with no end date for each franchisee name (IMEI will get a price otherwise)
