If the Maximizer computer gets hard restarted, usually clients can no longer connect. Here are a few things to try out.

  1. Try restoring the \\MAXIMIZER share. Go to Start->Run and type in \\MAXIMIZER. If you got a list of shares, this is not the problem.

  2. Try logging into windows. use VncViewer and put "MAXIMIZER" as the hostname. Log in as Administrator (password is a secret, one of the admins will let you know if you need this). Once logged in, some housekeeping tasks might fix things.
