Polling problems
If polling has not worked for any stores, the chances are good that something is wrong at head office.
Try first:
ps -ef |grep bacint
If this is still running is is because the polling has hung the night before.
First kill the bacint program.
Then ps e-f |grep ftp
The ftp session has probably hung (because of the backup)
Kill the ftp session. and wait for polling to start manually
