Killing hung NX sessions on Abe
- Connec to Abe
- Change to the appropriate company
- Run ccusers
- The right-most column should show the branch codes of users
- Find the record with the appropriate branch code
- The 2nd column from the left will be the Workstation Name (as seen in texaad)
- If the workstation name is in the form of HYBRIDXX, then hybridxx is their Linux login
Run ps faux | grep <linux login>
- The second column will show the process id
- Become the superuser Ie. Run su -
For every process id displayed in Step 8/9, run kill -9 <process id>
