As at 27/04/06, this scanner comes pre-configured to scan EAN8, EAN-13, Code 39 and Code 128 barcodes.

The ability to scan Interleave 2 of 5 and Code 93 barcodes is disabled by default.

To enable the Interleave 2 of 5 barcode scanning,

  1. Print out a copy of page "5-91" (167) from the instruction manual.
  2. Scan the "START" barcode
  3. Scan the "Enable Interleave 2 of 5" barcode
  4. Scan the "END" barcode

To enable the Code 93 barcode scanning,

  1. Print out a copy of page "5-123" (199) from the instruction manual.
  2. Scan the "START" barcode
  3. Scan the "Enable Code 93" barcode
  4. Scan the "END" barcode
