pos sales program checking of quantity on hand when doing a sales or orders
1, the "allow transaction that cause negative quantity on hand" on branch and sman either of it ticked,
- will not warn or ask for password when over sale in DRINV or over commit in DRORD. when neither of them set, will have warning message "GREATER THAN QUANTITY AVAILABLE" when try to over sales in DRINV or over commit in DRORD and then prompt for a password prompt.
2, the option sscont->page 4 "report stock unavailable when entering order" if ticked,
- will give warning in DRORD for over order regardless of the options in 1, but not affecting the password prompt behavior
3, for a discontinued item which is out of stock regardless of the option above,
- it will always warn with "GREATER THAN QUANTITY AVAILABLE FOR THIS DISCONTINUED ITEM" then in DRINV item will not be sold. In DRORD will only add the line if there is a existing po and the user choose the po to supplier the co.
