What is required to use Integrated Eftpos ?

The version of CONTROL should be Release 9

Which EFTPOS units can be used for Integrated Eftpos and CONTROL?

NPTPCEFTPOS can be used when you have 1 unit for each workstation, each using one phone line. However multiple units could share one phone line. In that case if 2 operators tried to use the machine simultaneously, one would have to wait for the other to finish. It has an integrated modem.

PX328. This unit is used when you have one phone line and multiple workstations. This machine requires a P66 modem or an Argent line. The P66 modem can support up to 100 eftpos machines on a single LAN. If an Argent Line is used, it must be configured with the bank settings.

PPT. This has the same functionality as the PX328. This unit is not handheld, it is desk mounted

P66. This is a modem and must be connected to a windows machine.

All units can be purchased from us or from the bank. The bank can arrange leasing if required.

Is there any additional configuration required from the bank ?
