On the customer server there is a directory called
/u/cc/overlay/
in here are the layouts that CONTROL uses
eg. lay1.jpg
There is also a epsi file which you can edit using word, a little more moves and we are moving away from this.
to edit the lay1.jpg file first take a copy of it cp lay1.jpg lay1bak.jpg (just incase you mess it up)
gimp lay1.jpg
this will allow you to edit the file. Editing the file is a little complex (hence the backup)
change the VIEW to 1:1 (to make it bigger) Now click on the TEXT box to make your changes
If you have to remove some details first, you have to highlight the box and hit delete, or maybe CLEAR If this is not working, the box maybe in LAYERS so you need to edit the LAYER 2 instead
When you select SAVE AS, save it as the same file name and then it will ask you to EXPORT it, you should select this.
Note: when i did this for furnking with Jon it was moving pretty quick so my notes are a bit rough and may need editing more
