Setting up a DROPSHIP location using SHOPIFY
currently the connection and setup has been done on rel16 FURNDEMO. WARE(USD) map to crecomfurniture.myshopify.com STORE1(AUD) map to creativecomputing.myshopify.com a new DROP location was created, to represent the Dropship location inventories level. an example item has been setup (dropitem3) with price in each currency setup.

2, Updating of dropship location inventory via csv import using a customer import that has, sku, qoh, currency 1 - 4 price, currency. Quantity update only the dropship location and prices update all locations. program->impdropstmin --update stock on hand on current location and forex price on all location, intended to be ran on DROP location. example csv file content for FURNDEMO the header can change base on forex setup. 4,In stock file maintenance, add 4 additional pricing levels to represent the currency. Allow label to be edited.

5, Updating stock items from control to all shopify sites. When updating shopify sites, we will use the inventory levels from dropship location and all the non shopify site locations and update to the shopify site using the item_id stored in the shopify sites corresponding locations.

6,Import orders for multiple locations. When importing from shopify the order will belong to the corresponding shopify location, inventory will be from the shopify location. CONTROL will allow you to change the “Book out” location when creating an invoice from a sale (this option will need to be turned on in the store locations).
- done in background, please note that since some site are expected to be using foreign currency, so the dollar values of the order from shopify will be in foreign currency. since they only want the cheapest implementation, when importing we will convert using control exchange rate, base on the currency specified in braad online tab shopify currency
7,Importing the cost of goods into CONTROL and complete the sales if all items have been filled. The minimal field needed is the order_number, item sku, inventory location (drop ship or not), COGS, shipping cost, tracking and tracking company and optionally tracking url. When making a sale it will use the drop ship location. Manual fulfilment will not be needed and handled in next step

csv header. Order_no , is the shopify order number. cogs should be in AUD. as agreeded in the meeting.

8,Send fullfullment when creating sale for item/items in an order. Update the fulfilment for dropship items. A sale would be produced in step 5. For Inventory in Australia, the operator will have to dispatch godds from Australia and enter in the tracking and tracking company in the delivery method field. When CONTROL posts the sales it will update the fulfilment detail in shopify.

please familiar yourself with the process and test and see anything missing. please also arrange with jon to dump all the item from furndemo to the 2 website so you can have a better site to demo. please set up an terminal and menu for their dropship operator which only have 2 menu option which is impdropstmin and impdropinvmin so the whole operation look super simple
For Jon, -- when dumping -- all the connection was done. need to only dump items for both locations. need to setup background dumpping if not done alread. order import are already be done , FURNDEMO company should be maintained and setup as it is for future demo purpose as this is the most complicated setup. also, shopify are implemented so ther are no limit on number of locations, so will not need to setup gencont internet stock location.
