install and configure tyro in rel 17
1, copy all the html file on sam ccr.17/std/internet/tyro_template/ to customer server.
2, in these html they are currently pointed to shopify.creativecomputing.com.au which is currently hosted on sam.
3, in tyro_termplate there is a file end in .key which will store the production key.
4, copy the key and in tecont, integrated eftpos set to yes and choose tyro and put the key in the api key field.
5, please note that we not longer support testing environment for tyro as its nolonger available after the implementation stage.
Add one tyro terminal into control
1, run tyroaad make up a name and enter the terminal id and merchant id in to tid and mid
2, integrated surcharge is an option where user set up a percentage in tyro end for surcharge.
3, integrated receipt is an option when tick , control will print the eftpos related receipt, when user do not want to use the tyro terminal to print receipt.
4, press the pair terminal button on the screen then the user has to press some button on the tyro terminal, then it will generate a integration key then save the tyroaad record.
Assign tyro terminal to control terminal
1, in teaad page 4 eftpos port enter the tyro terminal name.
2, you can share the same tyro terminal amount few control terminals , but that has not been tested.
trouble shooting
1, every time a program that use eftpos run, it will check the tyro terminal and see if it has the integration key, if it has it will test the tyro terminal with tyro server and see if its online. if the terminal is not online, then control will null the integration key.
2, if the integration is null either due to never been paired or been nulled by testing. in the eftpos init process, control till promp the pairing dialog again the user can pair it with the terminal.
3, anytime user can run tyroaad to test the tyro eftpos terminal and check if its online.
4, in tyroaad there is another button F4 which when pressed will display a activity log and sometime tyro may ask for it to trouble shoot.
